How can I track my order?
You can follow your orders by clicking on "Orders" in the header navigation. To view the details of each order click "View details"

What is the procedure to follow if I have received a damaged good?
Please contact the back office. Take pictures of the damaged goods, and note down the CMR & your delivery form.
Can I pick up my order from Joris Ide?
Yes, please make an appointment with Joris Ide by contacting the back office at verkoop.belgie@joriside.bee to ensure that your goods are ready to be collected.
I have a problem with my invoice. Who do I contact?
Please contact the sales department at verkoop.belgie@joriside.be and they will be able to help you.
Is it possible to get help with unloading the trucks?
Yes, depending on your choice when ordering. The customer must choose in advance whether otr not a fork-lift truck is to be used for unloading. Feel free to contact the commercial department.
Can I still change my order?
Yes, this is possible. Do not hesitate the contact the sales department. Please have your order number or HYC number ready.

How do I request a sample?
Please contact verkoop.belgie@joriside.be stating the address and the desired product or color.
How can I order a brochure?
The online version of brochures are available online. If you would like to receive a hard copy, please contact verkoop.belgie@joriside.be

Where can I find technical drawings/dwg files?
Go to Products Select the product you would like technical drawings/dwg files for. Scroll down to the downloads section where you will find technical drawings and dwg files for the product.
Why can I only find a limited number of items on the webshop?
For the time being, only stock materials can be found on the webshop. Custom-made materials can be ordered through our sales department.
